Private Rail Cars, the Train Chartering division that supplies luxury and first class train carriages for hire to corporate and individual clients, has added routes in central Europe to its luxury train carriage offering.

Private Rail Cars has access to a number of high quality carriages in Europe, the USA and elsewhere which it makes available for private charter between many destinations.

Private Rail Car's new routes range through Austria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia. This brings cities such as Budapest, Bratislava, Prague, Salzburg, Vienna and Zagreb accessible by the ultimate in private luxury travel on land.

For a recent hire, Private Rail Cars presented the Elisabeth Salon, a luxurious facsimile of the favourite carriage of Elisabeth (1837 – 1898) Empress of Austria and Queen of Bohemia. Bohemia is now part of the Czech Republic.

The Elisabeth Salon is perfect for a small group of up to 24 passengers, with an elegant dining area, a bar, a kitchen and 4 individual compartments, each with 6 places. The Elisabeth Salon is part of The Majestic Imperator, which is modelled on the Imperial Train of Emperor Franz Joseph I, her husband.

The Majestic Imperator is featured by the Luxury Train Club , which offers individuals and groups the opportunity to book a selection of pre-arranged journeys. Train Chartering can, by request, supply the whole train for a private charter.
