Train Chartering is expanding its private carriage and rail-based event planning services for escorted groups on scheduled trains in Europe and the UK following unprecedented client interest in the first half of 2009.

Train Chartering offers private carriages / rail cars in both 1st (First) and 2nd (Standard) Class on European and UK trains, including Eurostar and Thalys.

Groups are escorted by Train Chartering's stewards who liaise with station staff and train crew. Train Chartering organises meeting and greeting facilities at stations as well as catering, branding, onboard meeting & entertainment options.

In addition, Train Chartering provides rail event planning at destination (specialising in Amsterdam, Brussels, Cologne, Lille, London and Paris) as well as onward multi-modal transfers through its Transport Charter division.
