Private Party Train Hire

September 2024 - The party host hired the Cotswolds private train to travel with 100 friends from London to Kemble, close to his home.

Party Time!

The journey was an important part of his birthday celebrations. Partygoers dressed in 1940s style and enjoyed a chef-prepared, steward-served 3-course lunch with fine wines.

The Train Chartering Company was retained by Atom Events, who delivered a weekend of celebrations.

Train Chartering provided 1^st Class Pullman carriages and high quality catering.

A Most Scenic Ride

During luncheon, the Cotswolds private charter train travelled down the Thames Valley and across the Vale of the White Horse before reaching the destination station of Kemble.

Autumn sunshine graced the countryside views as farmers brought in the harvest against the backdrop of the trees in seasonal colour.

The First Class Dining Train

The Train Chartering crew, together with the train staff, always share the enjoyment of the pleasure that dining trains bring to guests and clients.

Whenever one of our private charter trains is seen at a station, everyone is keen to admire the carriage interiors through the windows; there is often undisguised envy of boarding guests.

Menu

The Pullman carriages have tables laid with crisp linen tablecloths and crockery, complemented by fresh flowers.

The client wanted a menu that complemented the 1940s dress code.

Sharing the Joy

Along the way, the retro-liveried train naturally attracted much attention from enthusiasts and other rail passengers.

All had a cheery wave for our train and its diners, which delighted the host and his guests; 'old school' and a nod to the 1940s.
