Train Chartering introduces latest UK
Train Chartering announces the latest addition to the UK charter train fleet. The company, which arranges charters for corporate & individual clients and group travel organisers throughout England, Scotland and Wales, is now able to offer a newly refurbished intercity train with up to 536 seats.
The train has 374 seats in Standard (2nd) Class and 162 in First Class, although the single charter fee allows the client to allocate seats and set fares as required. There are also 2 buffet cars available, as well as a separate baggage hold.
We have recently announced that hired trains can travel direct from many parts of Britain to football and other events at Wembley Stadium Station, less than 100 metres from the Stadium's south side. This train is ideal for groups travelling to this venue or indeed many other key destinations.
The refurbishment includes a new air-conditioning system, new upholstery and carpets and at-seat power sockets. The train will shortly be fitted with WiFi connectivity, increasingly important for the corporate market or for delegate / conference travel organisers.
Train Chartering has comprehensive guest and project management services which it applies to all train charters. Our project directors are great communicators, both to clients and suppliers. They liaise with station staff and train crew. Train Chartering also organises meet and greet facilities at stations as well as catering, branding, onboard meeting & entertainment options.
